When a leading fintech company set out to unify its meeting experience across six U.S. offices, Lumibuild was brought in to deliver a cohesive, modern standard that could scale.
Over the course of this multi-city program, we transformed 33 rooms—ranging from executive boardrooms to huddle spaces and event venues—into intuitive, high-performance collaboration environments. Each space now supports the same consistent user experience, allowing employees to walk in, connect, and collaborate seamlessly, no matter where they are.
Our team led end-to-end coordination between design, engineering, and field teams to ensure every location matched the same level of performance, usability, and visual quality. The result: a unified workplace standard that feels effortless for the end user and efficient for the teams supporting it.
