A leading technology research organization partnered with Lumibuild to modernize room scheduling and workspace visibility across its San Francisco office. The goal was to give teams a simple, reliable way to see which rooms were available, avoid conflicts, and streamline the flow of meetings throughout the day.
Lumibuild installed a full suite of wall-mounted room scheduling interfaces across conference rooms of all sizes. Each device displays real-time availability, upcoming bookings, and quick “book now” options, reducing friction and improving coordination for fast-moving teams.
The installation required careful coordination with the client’s interior architecture — including glass walls, metal surfaces, and natural wood finishes — to ensure each panel was mounted securely, placed intuitively, and presented cleanly within the environment.
The result is a more predictable and transparent workplace, where every room communicates its status clearly and employees can focus on their work, not on finding a place to meet.
