A major enterprise organization partnered with Lumibuild to develop multiple conference-room types within its San Francisco campus, including a centerpiece executive environment known as the Committee Room. This specialty space required precision engineering, elevated audio performance, and a streamlined user experience designed for high-stakes collaboration.
The Committee Room features dual large-format displays, presenter and audience camera coverage, a dedicated audio system with table-integrated microphones, and a simple, intuitive touch interface for full room control. The space was engineered to support hybrid participation, clear communication, and executive-level decision-making.
Across the remainder of the floor, Lumibuild deployed a consistent conference-room standard designed for predictability, ease of use, and reduced support overhead. The result is a cohesive collection of collaboration spaces that empower teams to move seamlessly between rooms with minimal learning curve.
